24hr Order Cancellation
Any products ordered from is eligible to be canceled free of charge if submitted within 24 hours of purchase. ALL orders canceled after the 24hr time period are subject to a processing/handling fee equaling 50% of the item price. If you wish to submit and order cancellation please use the contact page (preferred method) or the contact form to submit an order cancellation.

What is COVERED by our Return/Exchange Policy?

• Must be within 30 days of receipt
• It arrived wrong item/color than what was chosen on checkout.
• It it arrived damaged.
• If it arrived in the wrong size.
• If it arrived with missing parts.
• If package was lost in transit and this is confirmed with shipping company.

The following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy. 

• Special clearance items & gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Products that were made in the wrong size due to customers providing the wrong sizes.
• Any worn, used, stained, or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Any products that were destroyed or returned due to failure to sign for receipt in time.
• Any item submitted for return/exchange outside of 30 days of receipt.

1. Please send all related evidence to confirm the problem, so we can claim the refund/return for you.
2. Buyers are responsible for returning the items in their original conditions within 30 days of delivery of items at the seller’s expense through a registered mail carrier with a valid online delivery tracking number.
3. The refund will be issued within 3-4 business days after we receive the item in good condition.

DISCLAIMERS:

1. Since all measurements are done manually please account for ~1 inch (2.54cm) difference from sizing chart.
2. Please take measurements and review sizing chart for each product you are looking to purchase. If you aren't sure, going a size bigger makes alterations easier than going a size smaller. Always go bigger!
3. Different devices display colors differently, so keep in mind that the true color may not always reflect identically to what you see on your screen.
